While the rivalry between both sides began to manifest, the moral gods began to gain popularity as superheroes who protected humanity. Specifically, due to their new amorous encounters.

Fred Phoebus saved Daphne, a grunge girl who tried to commit suicide by jumping from a tall building. In front of a large crowd who witnessed the suicide attempt, Daphne regretted her actions in the last moments yet slipping and hanging from the edge. Fred, who was contemplating the incident, quickly went to the nearest ATM to extract his powers in order to save her. But when he got there, an old lady was making a bank transaction in the slowest way imaginable. Fred's impatience in the face of the girl's safety led her to "help" the old woman by force. He pressed the ATM buttons with great speed while the old lady struck him with an umbrella, thinking him a thief. He took the money and debit card, handed it to the old woman and gave her a little push. Fred acted quickly, extracting the ambrosia from the ATM to rescue Daphne in the physical form of the god Apollo. He caught her in mid-flight just as she fell. Both the god and the mortal fell in love with each other at that moment. But Apollo, faithful to keep his secret identity, would see her again as Fred Phoebus. Daphne accepted his alter ego as a friend, since her heart was always beating for the Sun god.

While Fred himself was aware of this, he decided to save his money to finally reveal his secret identity. On the day of the romantic meeting, Daphne was very depressed. A failed poet, artist and musician, according to their own criteria. In view of her state of mind, Fred chose to sacrifice his Apollonian revelation and enhance the mortal qualities of his beloved in a virtual reality from her work perspective. Despite the abstract quality and divine origin, Daphne regained her love for the arts. But she thought it was Apollo calling to her and not about her friend Fred Phoebus. Fred could not reveal his identity to maintain the illusion and instead gave her a laurel necklace to always remember that happy moment. Unfortunately, Daphne reverted to her depressed state shortly after when that magical vision disappeared. When separating herself from Fred, she tried to recreate that fantasy by buying the Dionysian drug vitalin which, according to her, would reconnect her with her ethereal love, Apollo. However, the result of these actions where of her death by overdose. Apollo grasped the laurel necklace upon discovering her corpse, vowing to take revenge against the drug dealer Victor Bacchus who, in reality, was none other than Dionysus.

CAPITAL AMBROSÍA # 4

Mientras empezaba a formarse la rivalidad entre ambos bandos, los dioses buenos empezaron a ganar popularidad como superhéroes por salvar a la humanidad. Concretamente, debido a nuevas lazos amorosos.

Fernando Febo salvó a Dafné, una chica grunge que intentó suicidarse saltando de un edificio alto. Frente a la gran muchedumbre que contemplaba el intento, Dafné se arrepintió en el último segundo y, no obstante, resbaló para quedarse colgando de la orilla. Fernando, que contemplaba el incidente, se dirigió rápidamente a un cajero para extraer sus poderes y salvarla. Pero se encontraba con una señora anciana realizando una transacción en el mismo con extrema lentitud. La impaciencia de Fernando frente a la seguridad de la chica, condujo a que “ayudase” a la anciana a la fuerza. Marcaba los dígitos del cajero con gran velocidad mientras ésta le pegaba con un paraguas pensándolo un ladrón. Sacó el dinero y la tarjeta del cajero, se lo entregó a la anciana y le dio un pequeño empujón. Fernando actuó rápido, extrayendo la ambrosía del cajero para rescatar a Dafné en su forma del dios Apolo. La atrapaba en pleno vuelo justo cuando caía. Tanto el dios como la mortal se enamoraban uno del otro en ese momento. Mas Apolo, fiel a conservar su identidad secreta, la volvería a ver como Fernando Febo. Dafné aceptaba su alter ego como un amigo, pues, su corazón seguía latiendo por el dios del Sol. 

Mientras que el propio Fernando era consciente de ello, decidió ahorrar su dinero para finalmente revelarle su identidad secreta. El día de la reunión romántica, Dafné estaba muy deprimida. Una poetisa, artista y música fracasada según su propio criterio. En vistas de su estado, Fernando optó por sacrificar su revelación apolínea y potenciar las cualidades mortales de su amada en una realidad virtual a partir de sus obras. Pese a la cualidad abstracta y de divina procedencia, Dafné recuperó su amor por las artes. Pero pensaba que se trataba de Apolo y no de su amigo Fernando Febo. Para mantener la ilusión, Fernando no podía revelarle su identidad y en cambio le entregó un collar de laureles para que siempre recordase ese momento feliz. Desafortunadamente, Dafné volvió a deprimirse cuando aquella visión mágica dejaba de patentarse. Al separarse de Fernando, intentó volver a generar aquella fantasía comprando la droga dionisíaca vitalina para, según ella, reconectarse con su amor, Apolo. Sin embargo, el resultado de esto fue que muriese por sobredosis. Apolo empuñó su collar de laureles al descubrir su cadáver, jurando vengarse del narcotraficante Víctor Baco que, en realidad, no era otro que el propio Dioniso.
